Julia: You are lucky. My mum won't let me put up pictures as she thinks it's better to concentrate on schoolwork.

Ricky: I suppose she is right. But if you have a computer you can go online and see the pictures.

Julia: That's what I do! The blogs are so good too as I can read all the gossip!

Ricky: I'm on the Internet all the time at home. I buy tickets for all the concerts that way. I have started to buy CDs and video games online. It's so much cheaper than most of the shops.

Julia: The online games are great too! But they can be a bit expensive. My mum gives me money if I do well in tests so I use it for that.

Ricky: That's so cool. My mum really stresses me out. She wants me to work hard and I do. When I leave school, I want to become a game tester, so I have to work hard to make sure I beat everyone else to the job.

Julia: Yeah, I want to be a vet, but I would have to study abroad for that, so I ought to start saving. My dad gives me lessons in buying stock and I have used his account to have a go at investing. I made $200 last month!
